Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be changed or canceled any time before they have shipped.
Once an order has been marked as shipped, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation or change request can still be applied.
Refund Options for Canceled Orders
If your order is canceled, the refund may be issued either as store credit or back to the original payment method.
Cancellation Fees
Customers are not normally charged a fee when a refund is issued to the original payment method.
However, TJR Slot Cars reserves the right to apply a 5% restocking fee in situations where there are repeated or excessive cancellation requests. This fee helps cover transaction costs related to those cancellations.
